Working for Claro
There is a camaraderie in Claro which extends right across the agency. Our consultants soon come to feel part of a community. They also profit from a network of colleagues who can help them out with particular difficulties and pass on the lessons of success.
All Claro learning consultants are ‘people people’. They are also qualified teachers, with recognised national qualifications. They are recruited (a) by newspaper advertisements, in papers such as the Guardian and local papers, (b) from this Web site, and (c) by word of mouth. (Claro has a very good reputation among those who know how it works.)
All candidates are interviewed, and are usually asked to give a short presentation. In addition, they need to have been recently issued a CRB disclosure, or to undergo police checks.
Selected candidates are then inducted into Claro's client-centered approach. When they are assigned a client, new consultants are briefed and are themselves fully supported. |
